General Organisation Settings

Organisation Name

In HiLo Live, the organisation name can be updated by an Organisation Owner or an Admin:

1. Navigate to the settings tab and select "Details"
2. Enter the new organisation name
3. Click Update to save your changes

Naming Requirements

The organisation name must meet the following criteria:

• Allowed characters:
  • Letters and numbers (alphanumeric)
  • Single quotation mark (')
  • Period (.)
  • Dash (-)
• For optimal display within HiLo Live, it is recommended to keep the name concise

Unit Settings

How to Update

Measurement units can also be updated by an Organisation Owner or an Admin:

1. Navigate to the settings tab and select "Details"
2. Use the drop-down menu to select your preferred unit:
   • Metres
   • Inches
3. Click Update to apply the change

Notes

• The selected unit will be applied across all relevant measurements in HiLo Live
• Ensure the unit selection matches your operational and reporting needs
